Department Administrator job will be responsible for supporting the Shipping/receiving department workers are responsible for keeping records of all products shipped and received. Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Department Administrator job:

  • Print Daily reports,
  • Daily Shipping Report.
  • Create Arrival Report for Fleet
  • Process A/P
  • Shipping Complete tallies for Warehouse load

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling for loads daily
  • Shipping/Receiving experience
  • Clear orders weekly
  • Perform administrative tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
