Adecco is currently looking for an Department Assistant with strong administrative experience to provide support for a Grocery Adult Beverage Team in the Downtown Cincinnati Ohio area. The department assistant will be  generating reports, maintaining data and written communication and other support as needed. Responsibilities:

*Maintain written correspondence to divisions on promo plan, including updates as neccessary.

*Create and maintain reports(daily, monthly and quarterly)

*Communicate promotional plan with Divisions, Regional Teams, Category Managers.

*Provide support to Department Promo Planning Team. Provide back-up support to the department (as needed).

 

Requirements:

*Administrative Assistant experience  

*Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe

*Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced work environment and a willingness to help all members of the team

*Flexibility to handle an ever changing scope of assignments and projects.

*Ability to recognize and set priorities.

*Must be organized and detail oriented

*Able to handle routine tasks and resolve issues with a high level of independence and Initiative 

*Able to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.

*Ability to communicate effectively. 

* Must pass drug screen and background check.

 

 

Desired Experience:

*Bachelor Degree

*Corporate office administrative assistance experience
