Adecco is currently looking for a Department Assistant to work for a local fortune 500 company in the downtown Cincinnati, area. The department assistant will be providing support for an adult beverage team by generating reports and maintaining data as well written communication. Essential Job Functions:

 

·         Maintain written correspondence and updates as necessary

·         Create and main reports (daily, month and quarterly)

·         Communicate promotional plans with divisions, regional teams and category managers.

·         Provide administrative support to planning team

 

 

Qualifications:

 

·        Administrative Assistant experience

·        Excellent communication

·        Proficient in Word. Excel, Outlook and Adobe

·        Detailed oriented

·        The ability to multi-task

·        The ability to work in fast pace environment
