POSITION SUMMARY

Customer Service Representative will be the liaison between our client and their customers to schedule appointments for a variety of maintenance reasons. Will also be responsible for inbound and outbound calls and sending emails and letters to customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. Performs a variety of support functions to support the department. Handles multiple projects and may assist in compiling data and generating reports.

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS       

  • Demonstrated ability to operate standard company PC Software
  • Demonstrated ability to research and use deductive reasoning
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability to hand difficult customer interactions
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high stress/ high volume work
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team

 

Role: Contract

Title: Department Support Specialist I

Location: Baltimore, Maryland 21202

Pay: based on experience

Start: 9/19/18

Shift: M-F 8:00am – 5:00pm

Duration: 12 months
