A Desktop / Technician Support II job in Cupertino, CA is currently available courtesy of Modis Engineering, an Adecco Group Company. In this role you will be responsible for the support and troubleshooting of hardware and software problems for desktop and laptop computers. This is a one-year project and the pay rate are $$22.00 to $27.00 per hour.

Desktop / Technician Support II job responsibilities:

Install hardware and software on workstations
Set-up and maintain network and telecommunications systems
Troubleshoot LAN, server and connectivity issues
Utilize ticketing systems, when necessary
Re-image computers, perform data migrations and restorations, and conduct remote problem solving when required

Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Must possess a working knowledge of hardware components hardware configurations, and have strong software experience
Hardware troubleshooting – required
Hardware repair – required
Technical problem solving – required
Organization time management – required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
