Position Details:
Position: Development Associate
Pay Rate: $33.00 - $37.00 depending on experience.
Shifts: Monday thru Friday, 40 hrs. per week
Shift: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with some overtime as needed.
Location: New York, NY 10019

JOB SUMMARY

Function as a Major Gifts Associate, Corporate & Foundation Partnerships supporting Senior Director of development dealing with elite and fortune companies supporting Senior Director
Create proposals, Stewardship document, liaise with c-level executives and internal stakeholders
Manage projects, events, client relationships, client development, chapter support and high-profile donors/volunteers.
Enter all donor interactions into SalesForce and successfully navigate other internal systems to extract and analyze information

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Seek and accept direction, obtain clarity before taking action, complete their work promptly and resolve questions independently.
Experience with a non-profit and fundraising
BS degree
Must have superb writing and editing skills and attention to detail in all facets of their work.

Experience in a large company experienced in understanding the need for flexibility, change directions quickly, resourceful in solving
Enter information into SalesForce or other CRM's, MS Office as well as other software systems
