Digital Advertising Coordinator

Adecco Creative is assisting our client, a well-known children’s educational publisher, in their search for a Digital Advertising Coordinator. This is a freelance role, working 30-35 hours per week onsite in the client’s downtown offices, and expected to last on a long term/ ongoing basis. The role is paying $23.50 per hour.

As the Digital Advertising Coordinator you will build and maintain relationships with a variety of business units.   • Set up and deploy ad campaigns for Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter and Instagram via Ads Manager and Sprinklr
  • Provide ad performance reports for social media and display ads
  • Organize and format large data files into presentable format using Excel or Power Point
  • Assist Digital Marketing Manager with optimizing active campaigns across social media platforms
  • Conduct quarterly marketing research for new advertising opportunities, industry benchmarks and marketing trends
  • Provide business divisions with daily/weekly status updates on active or completed campaigns
  • Data accuracy is a must for this position
  • 1-2 years of digital marketing/social media/analytics is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Power Point is a must
  • Knowledge of Facebook, Sprinklr and other online advertising tools is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to function independently and conduct research that involves collecting data specified by the manager
Bachelor's degree in business, communication or marketing preferred.
