Digital Content Analyst

The Cisco Umbrella Revenue Marketing team is looking for a talented Digital Content Analyst to join our team! 

The Digital content analyst will be responsible for the collection and interpretation of data regarding content consumed online via Cisco properties and third party content syndication providers. The goal is to help the campaign managers with development and implementation of promotional strategies to optimize usage of current assets (social/digital/landing pages/emails/ebooks etc.), and provide strategic content recommendations (quantitative and qualitative) to improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. 

This position will also be responsible for tracking and assisting in prioritizing projects and associated follow-up. In addition, this role will be responsible for the posting, updating, categorization, and storage of all digital assets to support the team across all swim lanes: direct/channel/MSP. The analyst will be responsible for the management of our content management software. Experience with Smartsheet, Box, Basecamp requested. Bonus points: Salesforce and Marketo experience. 

Responsibilities and Duties 
• Provide digital asset management for the team 
• Analyze content usage and value based on consumption by platform to identify top performers and make strategic recommendations to the team 
• Develop collaborative workflows with system stakeholders and end users in order to manage the life cycle of the content. 
• Track and assist in prioritization of content projects 
• Consistently update content tracker and manage content management software 
• Ensure content is accurate, relevant, and timely, working closely with Manager
