What you'll do

Create and implement client marketing plans to include various strategies to achieve client goals.
Identify key goals, objectives, audience, and media of all marketing materials Advise and maintain client advertising/marketing budget
Coordinate mass media production and media schedules when required
Coordinate and interpret market research data to use as a basis for marketing efforts
Direct the planning and execution of digital advertising campaigns to reach new audiences using existing and emerging channels, including search (PPC/SEO), display, mobile, and video advertising.
Oversee the social media strategy for clients Write content for all creative pieces including, but not limited to, websites, print advertising, radio scripts, on-hold


Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline
2-3 years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have a strong strategic planning background.
Strong strategic planning background with ability to provide recommendations tailored to each client Strong inter-personal skills, in particular with customer relationship management
Understands basic graphic design terminology and design standards Understands and can interpret market research data, including demographic and psychographic data Proficient in computer and web-based technologies, including digital advertising
The ability to communicate ideas effectively (both “transmit” and listen) Ability to prioritize tasks
Pleasant telephone demeanor Team player Good organizational and self-management skills
Creative Equally proficient at both the “big picture” and small details Intermediate computer skills utilizing Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
