Position Summary

To improve the customer experience and to ensure consistency across digital platforms, the Campaign Content QA Tester will be responsible for testing and reviewing digital content and experiences on the web and mobile app.
Essential Job Functions:

Create, write, and validate test cases for digital experiences.
Review, test, and report on the results of testing the digital experience and content on pages/experiences created in multiple Content Management Systems.
Assess business requirements and test to ensure that the content and digital experience meet the requirements.
Proactive & ongoing testing and review of a wide range of digital experiences on multiple platforms including all major web browsers and mobile devices.
Create, document, manage, and communicate testing standards for verifying and validating content and experiences.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related area
Experience/knowledge in the production of events, campaigns, printed collateral, presentations, websites, videos, social and other marketing materials in an E-Commerce setting with multi-channel retailers
Experience building cross-functional working relationships in medium to large organizations

Minimum Position Qualifications

3 years’ digital experience with a focus on digital content management, development, or QA testing
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient knowledge of digital experiences, QA testing practices, and development life cycles, and content management systems.
Ability to navigate and optimize testing plans to ensure that testing is effective.
Strong understanding of the process and critical steps needed to deliver high-quality digital marketing campaigns and valuable digital customer experiences.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a wide variety of individual work styles
Strong prioritization, assessment, organizational and time management skills with impeccable attention to detail
Ability to work well with cross-functional team members.
Ability to balance multiple tasks, timelines, objectives, and projects and complete work in a timely manner.
