A large manufacture, distribution and service of electronic test tools and software is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist  who will develop, implement and measure cross-channel lead nurturing campaigns to drive awareness, accelerate pipeline development and increase revenue.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the business development and sales teams to increase the daily lead and appointment pipelines through lead nurturing and outbound email campaigns.
  • Develop and manage the nurturing campaign execution process  across all channels and products. 
  • Manage the scheduling, testing and deployment of all nurturing campaigns, tracking URLs, ensuring they are applied correctly to facilitate accurate performance monitoring.
  • Develop an email testing strategy to identify optimal deployment times, keywords that capture awareness 
  • Develop, test and deploy lead scoring methodology to develop and identify leads that are ready to engage in a sales process.
  • Measure, assess, and report performance of email nurturing campaigns against goals (ROI / KPIs).
  • Ongoing management of lead database to identify/target prospective clients through nurturing.
  • Identify and evaluate nurturing campaign opportunities consistent with overall business goals and sales/marketing strategy.
  • Provide on-demand analysis for decision making, including segmentation analysis to select target leads and companies to grow existing database
  • Demonstrate best practices in email marketing and nurturing campaign management.
  • Use nurturing to pre-qualify leads and deliver them to sales teams
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive intelligence and market conditions; keep abreast of new trends and apply best practices in inbound and outbound marketing.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Advertising/Communications or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a dynamic marketing department
  • Experience in Eloqua, Salesforce and/or SalesLoft is a plus
  • Experience in a business-to-business environment is preferred
  • Extensive project planning skills, able to handle multiple project simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - sharp grammar skills
  • Flexibility and strength in dealing with tight deadlines and rapidly changing environment
  • Good team player; has a proactive mindset of continuous improvement

 

Pay for this position will depend on experience but will not exceed $30ph. Temporary position, approx. 6 months in length with possible extension
