Cloud Based Software company located in the financial district in Boston, MA is looking for a Digital Marketing Director who is an expert in managing a small team of digital marketing professionals along with implementing strategy, managing product marketing and leading demand generation.

About You

Experienced in B2B digital marketing and lead generation (preferably fortune 500 clients)
Experienced nurturing and leading a small digital team
Experience managing Digital Content Strategy
Experience managing SEO, Paid, Graphic and PPC
Expert in all Digital Marketing Reporting including all KPI’s and ROI
Experience with a CRM system similar to Salesforce
Experience with marketing platforms such as Marketo or similar
Experience generating leads for SaaS products
Experienced leading a small group by nurturing and bringing out best work



Key Responsibilities:

Plan, develop and execute company’s marketing strategy designed to achieve revenue growth objectives.
Create comprehensive marketing budget and calendar
Plan, develop, and execute company's website content strategy, including content management and landing pages, with a focus on increasing performance against key engagement and conversion metrics Work with Sales to develop and execute targeted campaigns.
Lead PR strategy to increase awareness and earned media placement
Manage content distribution/audience generation through multiple channels, and measure effectiveness on lead-generation and sales
Develop, manage and track performance of inbound and outbound lead-generation and direct-marketing campaigns
Oversee performance of SEO and SEM activities and metrics
Develop and maintain competitive product analysis and create relevant sales tools as needed
Manage day-to-day relationship with external marketing firms



Other marketing-related tasks as needed Qualifications:

Minimum 8–12 years marketing experience, at lease 2 with an enterprise software or SaaS company
Prior experience managing, hiring and developing marketing personnel
Experience in e-mail marketing and trade media marketing required
Experience with marketing automation systems such as HubSpot or Marketo strongly preferred
Inbound content marketing experience strongly preferred
Channel/partner marketing experience a plus
Experience marketing Saleforce.com apps a plus
B2B social media marketing experience a plus Personal Attributes:
