Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: NYC
Pay Rate: Up to $50hr



The Site & Content Experience Manager will lead innovation for the online division, creating the vision for the current and next generation digital shopping experience. This role will oversee a team to work on site content development, work cross functionally on website/user experience and site analytics to optimize navigation, content and conversion. The ideal candidate will be an idea generator, with a high level of interactive expertise, who likes to work in a fun, dynamic, and highly collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee our .com shopping experience including key UX site features/functionality, mobile, site merchandising and content management (editorial and promotional messaging), ensuring that all activities are brand-centric, make a measurable impact and are consistent with the overall marketing strategy
• Manage a team to execute day to day site operations, promotions and content
• Responsible for building intuitive and engaging experiences that drive her through the conversion funnel by leveraging data to define the strategy to increase conversion
• Develop new editorial experiences, bringing the brand to life online, blending content with commerce to build brand equity, deliver fashion relevance and connect storytelling to her lifestyle
• Create compelling landing experiences that inspire her to shop and explore from product merchandising, relevant editorial messaging to styling help based on where she is in the funnel
• Continuously evaluate the customer journey, identifying new UX enhancements, meaningful A/B tests, and integrating new marketing technology and products to increase conversion
• Lead digital experience ideation, to identify new innovative shopping experiences & projects that will drive incremental revenue for our .com including presenting the business case to leadership to be prioritized on the e-Commerce roadmap
• Collaborate with creative, marketing and merchandising to identify business drivers to develop seasonal editorial roadmap
• Partner with Product Management teams to identify/prioritize new site enhancements and work closely with Web Production to manage site content
• Identify 3rd party solutions to provide needed site functionality based on the overall site strategy and business objectives
• Manage the day-to-day process and timelines, coordinating with web production and creative teams to ensure launch dates are met
• Analyze and optimize website performance from the conversion funnel to key landing experiences including the homepage and high-value brand franchises
• Prepare and present weekly, monthly and quarterly hindsight’s to the marketing team, cross functional partners and leadership
• Manage the professional services budget for the website



Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business preferred
• Minimum 4-6 years’ experience and a demonstrated interest in digital marketing and/or user experience, SEO Experience a plus
• Strong analytical skills and clear understanding of financial measurements
• Ability to turn analysis into action, executes to timelines, and provides comprehensive solutions
• Highly detail-oriented
• Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using a major analytics platform (Omniture, Coremetrics, etc.) highly desired
• Digital Brand Builder in a Multi-Channel Environment
• Be the subject matter expert and bring thought leadership to the cross-functional partners
• Team player with demonstrated ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams
