The Director coordinates and directs sales activities for branches of the business located in Portland, OR and Fife, WA. This individual will aid the company president in formulating and administering organizational policies by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers.


Identify and manage new business opportunities for the industrial, marine, and residential generator market for company.
Provide sales strategy, sales management, and project management for assigned market and customer accounts.
Provide accurate and timely input for monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting as well as financial planning.
Prepare and present professional sales presentations.
Establish and complete achievable but challenging short, medium, and long-term goals designed to promote and increase company's market penetration.
Represent company in a professional manner for the specific purpose of generating sales and executing strategies that defend company’s releases for long-term growth.
Establish and/or enhance customer relationships at the highest management level.
Provide responsive assistance to OEM's, distributors, dealers, and end-users.
Promote future sales by tracking and reporting trends, business conditions, and account status.
Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner and in such a way that creates goodwill and future sales.
Identify business opportunities for company's products, execute proposals, and follow through to make the sale.
