We are now hiring a Director of Human Resources based out of our Mountain View office. The ideal candidate is an influential leader that provides direction and support by exemplifying our company’s core values. The Director oversees HR operations and partners with internal departments, regional leadership and our Safety division to ensure overall compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive employee engagement by upholding our People First culture across all levels and departments.
  • Execute compliance for core human resources policies and practices and ensure proper communication to all regional branches and corporate office.
  • Provide leadership and support to regional management team for workforce planning, safety practices, retention, trainings, compensation, benefits and employee issues.
  • Develop and support Safety Compliance team to ensure reporting and inspection consistency across all locations.
  • Develop recruitment strategies including budgets and spend tracking, advertising, social media presence, referral program and support to regional management team.
  • Manage the day to day operations of HR team, ensuring security and accuracy of employee records as well as conducting investigations in a timely manner.

Successful candidate criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR, preferably in the service industry.
  • Travel nationwide up to 40% of the time.
  • SPHR or PHR Certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of multi-state wage and hour laws, FMLA, CFRA, ADA and other related HR laws.
  • Previous experience managing full-cycle recruitment process.
