Director of Sales


DIRECTOR OF SALES (Established and Growing Business Services Organization)

In this leadership role, the DOS will have autonomy to make decisions that impact the sales, marketing and strategic direction of the company and will have responsibility for Budgeting and P & L along with analyzing of sales data for sales team members, revenue growth, product adoption to help determine where the business can improve, etc.

The DOS must possess the experience, track record and skillset to create effective training programs for existing and new sales employees.

You willl be tasked with creating marketing programs to promote and build the company's brand name and reputation to our clients and prospects as well as action plans for your sales executives.

PLEASE NOTE: Our client is a well established and respected business services and solutions organization with an award winning reputation for supporting the human capital management ( HCM ) and human resources outsourcing ( HRO ) needs of small to mid size business owners throughout the NY Metro region.
