Director of Sales (Manufacturing)


Work with the team to develop/execute sales plans, identify business opportunities, and coordinate projects with overseas manufacturing plants.
Direct the sales force responsible for the industrial component group in meeting sales objectives and goals.
Manage and maintain relations with key accounts and key markets.
Recruit, train, motivate and develop the sales team to maximize sales revenue and market share.
Be responsible for new project launch collaboration and act as a liaison between customers and company's multiple-function teams globally.
Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers using established guidelines.
Oversee projects associated with key accounts, including new development, customer management, internal and external communication, support, and maintenance issues.
Be responsible for staff management and development including assigning and directing work, appraising performance, hiring, training and retention.
Perform other tasks as assigned.



Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. Advanced degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred.
At least 10 years relevant experience.
Technical knowledge of manufacturing or application of engineered parts or components.
Travel will be required from time to time for carrying out the job duties.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Prior work experiences in manufacturing industry as sales, marketing, engineering support (preferred).
