Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration. 
  • 8 years sales experience in similar industry.
  • 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Good PR and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Creates and executes the sales department operational strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Identifies new business opportunities, initiating communication with decision makers.
  • Develops and maintains effective relationships with clients.
  • Conducts reviews on accounts on a regular basis to evaluate clients' needs to match with appropriate products and/or services.
  • Conducts regular reviews of promotional activities to enhance and identify development potential.
  • Consults with general manager to plan advertising services and to secure information on equipment and customer specifications.
  • Determines and monitors the department’s key performance indicators, such as revenue vs. plan, contact rate, quote closure rate and gross profit percentage.
  • Contacts regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.
  • Recommends products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
  • Answers customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
  • Estimates or quotes prices, credits or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
  • Consults with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
  • Performs administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, keeping sales records, and filing expense account reports
