Disney Customer Service/Tech Support

Adecco is currently recruiting for Direct Hire Call Center Customer Service/Tech Support Representatives that will be responsible for all customer interactions pertaining to Disney streaming services. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a world-renowned brand. This is not a sales position!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients through Disney streaming service products.
  • Provide timely and educated responses to client problems via phone, email, chat and social media.
  • Create and maintain positive relationships with Disney Streaming user base.
  • Assist guests and general viewing audience with wide range of common issues as it relates to audio/video streaming.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Genuine passion for all things Disney
  • Demonstrate knowledge of streaming on several different devices (Google ChromeCast, Roku, AppleTV, PC, Samsung Smart Tv's)
  • Positive and pleasing personality with an eagerness to learn and help others
  • Willingness to work nights and weekends.
  • Problem solver with the ability to process and resolve issues quickly
  • Confidence in answering basic technical questions as needed
  • A team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • GED/High School Diploma required
