Disputes Investigator


Do you come from a professional call center environment and have experience in credit card fraud?  Adecco is staffing for one of the top pre-paid debit card companies and we are looking for well-spoken, professional, and dependable call center representatives with experience in credit card fraud assignment.  $16.50/hr


  • Take high-volume calls regarding disputed charges on debit cards
  • Conduct research based on disputed claims
  • Issue adjustments if needed
  • Complete one-call resolution
  • Communicate with Risk Management/ Compliance


  •  2 years’ experience in a professional call center environment
  • Familiarity with fraud and charge-backs
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Access
  • Ability to demonstrate strong organizational skills
  • Complete knowledge of all Call Center policies preferred
