Document Assistant Administrator

Adecco Staffing is hiring a Documnet Assistant/Admin in Pelhma NH. This is first shift position, looking for somoene with past admin expereince. 

Pay: Depends on expereince

Start Date: ASAP

Position Details:

 

Responsible for answering the telephone and routing phone calls to proper recipients and/or giving assistance to caller.

 

Responsible for receiving, retrieving, opening and sorting of all incoming mail.

 

Responsible for receiving, retrieving of customers orders as directed from Vice President (VP).

 

Responsible to enter customer orders into company business management system

 

Responsible for matching customer order to company quotation and identifying any differences and reporting to VP.

 

Responsible to obtain any missing documentation as it relates to customer order.

Responsible for recording receipts of custom payments.

 

Responsible for producing company quality documents if none exist within the company’s business management system

 

Responsible for understanding Company’s quality management system and utilizing it as a tool for compliance and continual improvement.

 

Responsible for reporting any issues, problems, abnormalities, needs, etc. immediately to Management that may be detrimental to the goals of the Customer and Company.

 

Responsible for following and adhering to all Company policies, procedures and ethics.

 

To perform other duties as stated by Management.
