DOCUMENT PROCESSOR

Our client in Fremont, MI is looking for a Document Processor to administer all of the functions to appoint and maintain external agencies and agents in order sell our clients insurance product. This a full-time opportunity.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Confirming all required documents have been received.
  • Review background investigations and any supporting documents.
  • Communicates via email with agents and agency regarding status of paperwork and collecting missing documentation.
  • Creation of agency and agent records.
  • Ongoing maintenance of agent records.

REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:

  • High School Diploma
  • 1-2 years general office experience

SKILLS:

  • Strong PC abilities including Microsoft Office applications, i.e. Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Solid judgment, problem solving, decision making and follow through skills
  • Proven ability to quickly comprehend various business processes as well as legal/regulatory or administrative requirements.
  • Keen attention to detail, organization and planning.
  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Solid oral/written communication skills.
