SUMMARY:
Under direction from Escrow Officers/Branch Managers, Document Signers verify signatures for customers and notarize documents. Obtain any documentation from the customer required by the lender or escrow officer such as closing funds and copies of documents
Other duties include:
* Take signatures from customers and notarize documents.
* Must be professional in the presentation of loan documents, such as the note, settlement statement and Deed of Trust and remain confidential and professional. Give a brief explanation of what the document is that is being executed.
* Refer all questions or concerns to Escrow Officers. This position should not offer advice on processes or procedures.

Target Pay Rate = (USD)22/hour

* Must have some background knowledge of mortgage lending business.
* Possess basic real estate/escrow/title terminology.
* 1 year related experience reviewing and notarizing documents.
*Math Skills - must be able to EXPLAIN calculations as well as complete them
* Must be a current notary public
EDUCATION:
high school diploma or GED
