 Deliver timely and professional, unscripted support for any and all inquiries. 

  • Cancelling GAP contracts and following up on those contracts through auto dealerships and GAP administrators
  • These cancellations will be done by mail, email and fax.
  • Follow up on these will be conducted by phone.


Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:


High School Diploma

2 + Years of Experience

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to multi-task

Finance experience is a plus

Demonstrated problem-solving ability

Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette

Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products

This is a three to six month contract- Mon- Fri
