As a Documentation Coordinator – Healthcare Admin you will organize documentation in advance of claim preparation, notify reimbursement of missing documentation, and monitor unbilled for missing documentation. Responsibilities for this Documentation Coordinator – Healthcare Admin job include:


-Track documentation for completion by patient/physician,

-Verify accuracy and completeness once returned.

-Monitor unbilled for tickets that are missing documentation and expedite obtaining documentation to ensure claims are billed in a timely manner.

-Work with Reimbursement department to resolve any intake, authorization or documentation issues as appropriate.

-Accept other responsibilities and duties that may be assigned




  • Basic level skill in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous Infusion Medical Billing/Collections or Intake/Admissions Experience a plus
  • High School diploma or equivalent
