Job Title: Documentation Coordinator
Shift: Mon-Fri 8a – 5p EST
Location: Morristown, NJ

Description
The GMP Operations department works within a pharmaceutical compliant environment where products are manufactured for human use studies. During manufacturing, the operators must use formal written equipment operating instructions called SOPs (standard operating procedures). These procedures are in a standardized form and must be adhered to.
The records that are generated by the department after manufacturing human use batches, need to be stored in a controlled file room and data entries are needed in the system software so that they can easily be retrieved during audits.


POSITION SUMMARY

This is a temporary position to support GMP Operations with word processing and data entry into computer software
Advanced Excel Knowledge REQUIRED

POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Transcribing procedures in MS WORD from one template into another one
a. Templates containing procedure steps exist in an old format; these need to be copy/pasted into a new template with exact formatting
2) Proof read and correct errors within documents
a. Example if formatting is wrong or words are not consistent, correct these
3) Enter data into a documentation filing system (TabFusion)
a. Training will be provided
b. Enter data from documents to title them in specific fields in the software
4) Other word processing tasks as assigned
a. Anything from Excel data entry to other Word processing functions
5) Filing documents as assigned

Education Requirement(s):
• High School Diploma
