Documentation Servicing Associate

This role will work directly with other mortgage companies, document custodians, title companies, and attorneys to facilitate the resolution of loan level documentation exceptions. 

Responsible for:
* Researching and monitoring loan documentation deficiency requests
* Reviewing files to identify issues and prepare necessary loan documents
* Contacting external and internal parties to obtain required information
* Preparing reports for management review
* Ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks

* Possess strong follow-up skills and the ability to prioritize work assigned
* Self-motivated, detail oriented, and good research skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient typing skills with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of mortgage collateral documents. Previous college, office experience, loan servicing or title company experience is preferred. 

Must have high school diploma or GED. Requires the ability to pass credit check, background check and drug screen.
