PAY RATE: $15.00-$20.00/hr W2

Position Overview

The Documentation Coordinator will report to the Director and will take day to day assignments from the Sourcing Advisors in order to improve timing for item and supplier setups. This includes communicating with the suppliers’ customer service teams in order to obtain relevant information.


Responsibilities may include the following:

Contacting suppliers to request item information forms, collecting forms, and organizing the information for item setups
Follow ups with suppliers to obtain information packets for supplier setups
Sending canned communications to suppliers to disseminate general information and requests
Populating spreadsheets with data to be used by the Director and Sourcing Advisors for analysis
Requesting other pertinent information from suppliers as needed
Other tasks/responsibilities/projects to be defined as needs arise

Required Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent, with some college
2+ years working in a professional office environment
Experience in dealing with suppliers and/or customers
Preferred: Familiarity with pharma/OTC products/terminology

Required Skills/Qualifications:

Ability to work independently on specified assignments
Team oriented and collaborative
Clear and effective written and verbal communication
Ability to be flexible when confronted with change
Ability to stay organized and tend to the details
Ability to quickly learn and use numerous web-based programs/interfaces
Proficient computer use, specifically with MS Office Suite: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel (formulas, filtering, vlook-ups); Adobe Acrobat/Reader; PC proficient
