Title: Administrative Assistant 

 

Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a current Administrative Assistant job in Chicago. This is a long-term temporary opportunity.  As an Administrative Assistant you will perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers.  If you meet the qualifications listed below please Apply Now!

 

Responsibilities include:

 

  • Utilize MS Outlook and Excel, and multiple other applications to audit retailer website/app product pages,
  • prepare product image and copy submissions.
  •  track requests and progress. 
  • Communicate timely with internal and external parties to follow-up on submissions,
  • Escalate obstacles, and report on progress.

 

Requirement:

 

  • Intermediate Outlook & Excel skills,
  • Experiencing using database or similar applications,
  • Familiarity with eCommerce/retail websites/apps (as a consumer is fine!),
  • Experience related to data quality work/copy writing/editing
  • Experience tracking project progress, self-motivated, communicates professionally, must be 21. 

 

  • PREFERRED: direct retail or eCommerce experience, familiarity with Alcohol Beverages, experience working with image files and/or product descriptions.
