The Sales Support Agent will report to the Sales Supervisor and will require excellent customer service skills and professional interpersonal relations etiquette.


Responsibilities for Sales Support Agent include but are not limited to the following: 


  • Conduct live Chats: Comfortably handle multiple live eChat interaction. Responsible for transferring live chat leads to sales agents or booking returning clients appropriately.
  • Engage Potential & Returning Customers: Professionally interact with potential new clients and returning clients via text program.
  • Administrative Duties: Have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Can look up a client’s account and determine eligibility for promotions, department transfers, discounts, etc.
  • Customer Service: Make outbound calls to retuning members interested in coming back. Answer overflow sales calls in the inbound sales queue and handle accordingly. Listen to and forward or follow up with voicemails for the Sales Center. Escalate customer issues through the appropriate channels to ensure resolution and communicate all workflow issues to Supervisor immediately.
  • Self -Development: Responsible for seeking self-development through monitoring, coaching and training to expand knowledge of program. Required to attend scheduled staff meetings, including pre-work, and passing all certification courses. Responsible for the quality of work including the completion of necessary documentation in all systems.
  • Other: Will assist with all other duties as assigned. Responsible for creating and supporting a positive, professional, team-oriented, harassment-free work environment by understanding and complying with the Operations Manual, the Safety Policy/Manual, and all Human Resources policies by demonstrating the Company’s values and being a role model for the Company Brand.

  • Communication: Ability to clearly express thoughts, attitudes, opinions, or other information in writing and speech, in person and over the phone.
  • Supportive Accountability: Ability to have difficult conversations in the moment with clients or employees about their progress, understand clients or employee’s needs and feelings and create action plans to set them on the track for success.
  • Time Management and Organization: Ability to run business by managing a calendar, completing tasks on time, devoting an appropriate amount of time to clients, answering emails, completing administrative activities, and keeping a system to organize files and documents.
  • The employee is occasionally required to use arms and hands to reach, grasp, and handle objects.
  • The employee –occasionally may need to lift and carry objects up to 10 pounds and on rare occasions may need to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Employee will use manual dexterity to frequently -use a computer keyboard, mouse and telephone headset.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and color vision (if applicable) to complete paperwork and use the computer.
  • May require sitting for extended periods in front of a computer.
  • May be required to sit for an 8-hour period for 5 consecutive days while attending training.


Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Required qualifications and experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
  •  Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
