The eCommerce Manager reports to the Vice President, Supply Chain and has responsibility for eCommerce functions that will drive on-line sales and profitability for the company. These include eCommerce marketing, operations, design, promotion, and customer service.

Contributes to defining and setting the strategic direction, vision, and business plan of the company’s eCommerce initiative and of the organization.
Work closely with Content Management and IT to deliver relevant product and application data to eCommerce partners.
Researches and analyzes best practices and new software, data, online trends, and technologies.
Distributes assignments, maintains accurate records, and generates appropriate reports for senior management, sales leadership, and other cross-functional teams.
Update listings on Amazon, eBay and other sites with descriptions and images that will accelerate product sales.
Ensures that digital product portfolios are properly optimized, updated, and maintained, including descriptions, images, inventory, wait lists, promotions, and pricing.
Identify and resolve gaps in listings and in eCommerce partner e-catalogs.
Understand company eCommerce sales goals and focus on the needs of the customer to drive revenue growth.
Develop and implement online marketing plans. Develop high-level and detailed eCommerce solution strategies. Stay current with the online marketing environment and adapt plans to best serve the interests of the company and to keep pace with the competition.
Track competitors and stay abreast of sales comparison data. Work with the Pricing Manager to optimize product pricing.
Identify, engage and develop new eCommerce partners that will expand customer reach and increase revenue.
Monitor and manage customer reviews, and ensures customer issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
Develop and execute promotion plans in coordination with Sales and Marketing teams, collaborate with brand partners on social campaign strategies and tactics, and lead execution to reach and engage new customers.
Collaborate with Content Management, IT, Operations and eCommerce partners to resolve content issues, data transfer issues between technology platforms, and other customer service/logistic related issues.
Other tasks and responsibilities as required by the VP, Supply Chain.


A bachelor’s degree in marketing with an emphasis on social media and modern technology platforms
Can do attitude and ability to perform in a team environment
A drive to succeed and internet savvy
Creative thinker and ability to effectively multi-task
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills, with an expert understanding of spreadsheets, databases, financial analysis, website design, search engine optimization, google analytics, and e-marketing strategy
Experience selling on Amazon marketplace and eBay highly preferred. Experience in automotive aftermarket parts eCommerce is preferred, but not required.
