ECommerce Sales Manager

A leading consumer product company in Tampa, FL is looking for an Ecommerce Sales Manager to spearhead all efforts in this trending product line.


You will be laser-focused on the consumer journey and their experience with our brands and deliver a standard of consumer-centric service that sets a standard for all others to follow. You will be eternally curious but will qualify your decisions with customer driven data and use that data to ensure our platforms are able to secure and retain new consumers while growing the lifetime value of existing consumers across this exciting and radically changing category. You will be passionate and ready to roll up your sleeves, an excellent communicator comfortable in constantly changing, fast-paced environments managing multiple projects with tight deadlines. You should be intrigued by the consumer journey and have a deep interest in converting curious visitors to customers.

Responsibilities: Create and maintain an aligned sales forecast and supporting plans to deliver against overall D2C sales objectives. Establish and review performance metrics, such as sales and margin targets (overall and by product category/brand) Create a regular daily/weekly/monthly cadence of promotions to support growth goals and management of inventory Ownership of D2C inventory forecasting to support growth goals and management of inventory Establish and deliver monthly competitive analysis of competitors sites, offers, and promotions Monitor market trends, customer behavior and provide data-driven feedback to the product team to support the development of new products Partner with Marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and featured products Partner with the site production team to prioritize and roll out site functionality that enhances customer experience and drives growth Partner with the UX team on site structure, functionality, and navigation to deliver best in class customer experience including ease of placing orders/checking out Partner with email marketing team to deliver campaigns that support growth goals, support promotions, and management of inventory Implement key initiative of Subscription program Implement key initiative of updated Rewards program Provide feedback to SEO team for product and category naming Manage the successful exit of excess and slow-moving pro
