Adecco Creative is assisting our client, a multinational translation company, in their search for an Editorial Assistant / Assistant Project Manager. This is a freelance position working onsite Sundays through Thursdays, on a long term/ongoing basis, with the potential to become temp to perm. The hours on Sundays will be 10-6 pm and the hours Mondays – Thursdays will be 4/5-10 pm.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer questions and clarify instructions for the translators
- Perform data entry, document assessment, database management, and monitoring of deadlines
- Clearly communicate project details to various internal departments

 

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- 2 years’ administrative experience
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
- A track record of success in an administrative or support role 
- Superior communication and relationship-building skills 
- Ability to work efficiently and calmly in high-pressure situations 
- Native-level fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
