Adecco is helping a is a Japanese manufacturer of air compressors, coating equipment and systems, vacuum pump and liquid application equipment. The company also produces painting robots. They have manufacturing plants all over the world.
Today, we are helping them find an Administrative Assistant.
Works effectively and efficiently in an office environment to assist Accounting and Sales, including providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, managing our company¿s general administrative activities and assisting with accounting responsibilities.
*Answer and direct phone calls
*Provide quotes and lead times to customers
*Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
*Develop and maintain a filing system
*Update and maintain office policies and procedures
*Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
*Submit and reconcile expense reports
*Provide general support to visitors
*Reconcile and enter invoices
*Enter financial transactions into internal databases
*Check spreadsheets for accuracy
*Issue invoices to customers
*Review and understand AR and AP reports
*Enter all orders from customers
*Assist with purchasing, when needed
Exemplary Customer Service, Experience in an Office Environment, Strong Computer Skills (Excel, SAP, Word, PowerPoint, Etc.), Detail-Oriented, Organizational Skills, Self-Motivated, Creative Problem-Solving, Enthusiasm, Team-Player, Leadership, Ability to Handle Sensitive and Confidential Information, Familiarity with Finance Regulations, Knowledge of Basic Bookkeeping Procedures, Excellent Time Management and the Ability to Prioritize Work

Schedule: Monday through Friday
