Qualifications: We have an exciting opportunity for Maintenance Electricians at our Baltimore Plant. In this role, you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance and enhancement of equipment at the plant. The facility is a 24/7 operation and, while you must be able to work any shift, the openings are currently for the 2nd shift (Monday to Thursday from 3:00pm to 1:00am) and for the 1st shift (Monday to Thursday from 5:00am to 3:00pm).
Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor/Workleader this position exists to install, maintain, and enhance equipment at a DAP facility. Do to the small size of the department flexibility in tasks is essential as well as a cooperative working relationship with co-workers in and outside the maintenance department.
Responsibilities include :
� Repairs manufacturing, packaging and material handling equipment when needed.
� Performs various preventive maintenance duties as requested/scheduled.
� Performs various plant maintenance functions to maintain the general operation of the facility.
� Assists with production duties as needed.

Requirements:
� Must understand and follow all safety rules as well as plant policies and practices.
� Must have understanding of maintenance processes, applications and terminology related to a manufacturing & distribution environment, to include, but not limited to: use of hand tools; maintenance crafts (electrical, plumbing, mechanics, welding, machine shop, millwright, and carpentry).
� Must have a hands-on understanding of industrial power distribution, motor controls, NEC requirements for 480v/240v/277v, PLC�s and ladder logic, VFD�s, electrical trouble shooting, the ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, blue prints; shop mathematics and drafting skills.
� Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly; must be able to stand for periods of up to 3 hours.
� Candidates must have proven ability to work well with others, be self-motivated, work with little or no supervision, multi task and prioritize daily.
� Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, decision making and Communication skills.
