Adecco, Better Work Better Life! Looking for 3 assemblers with prior experience reading blueprints. Must be able to work Monday - Friday: 6am - 4:30 PM shift. Hourly pay: $11.00- $13.00.


Qualified candidates must meet the following skill-sets:

Read and understand the schematic diagrams, blueprints, product manuals, process documents, and gather information regarding its parts, fixtures, tools, etc.
? Hands on experience in electrical and mechanical assembly using drills and assorted hand tools. Soldering experience would be a plus.
? To set up, arrange, and operate equipment as per the specifications and instructions from the supervisor.
? To assemble parts or components to build a final assembly
? To perform regular test and inspection procedures to ensure that the product is produced in accordance with the specifications
? To implement and identify needs for improvement by conveying it to the assembly supervisor, so that quality of products is maintained
? To maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment and ensure the compliance with the company's rules and policies
? To make sure that all the parts, labor, and other processes are progressing at the given time
? Adhere to time and attendance requirements.
? Adhere to company dress code requirements
? Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Essential Skills
? Good hand and eye coordination with demonstrated excellent manual dexterity for precision alignment.
? Ability to lift heavy items not to exceed 25 pounds.
? They need to stand and work for long hours performing the same task repetitively
? Ability to learn and master new assembly skills along with effective communication skills.
