Email Marketing Coordinator

Manage email campaign process from implementation to post-deployment.

  • Successfully query data files, set up HTML email creative, and schedule deployment within email campaign management interface based on internal client¿s defined requirements.
  • Coordinate email copy and art change requests with internal clients. This includes minor HTML updates.
  • Work in content management tool to build templated campaigns and sync in email tool.
  • Conduct all email quality assurance checks to ensure email meets client’s expectations.
  • Participate in email team discussions to develop new procedures and best practices.
  • Ensure overall client satisfaction through timely and accurate completion of email campaign requests.
  • Working with internal Scholastic teams, including marketing, database marketing, technology, html coding, and creative team to meet campaign timelines.
  • Providing reporting and analytical support for client email campaign results and email database growth statistics
  • Liaison with internal Customer Care group regarding cross-company opt-out requests

Job Qualifications/Requirements:
  • The position is a very hands-on role that requires an organized team player.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing is essential.
  • Technical background/knowledge is necessary but not required, specifically familiarity with database systems.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics a plus.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Marketing, MIS or CS degree preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HTML required.  Experience with SQL also helpful.
