Employee Referral Associate

Adecco is currently assisting a local client, the World’s Largest Search Engine, in their search to find an Employee Referral Program Specialist. The ideal candidate has at least 3+ years’ experience with managing staffing programs, marketing campaigns and/or events. This is a temporary 12-month assignment and is located in Mountain View, CA.


The Role:

As an Employee Referral Program Specialist, you're responsible for developing and implementing creative and engaging campaigns to drive employee referrals for multiple hiring profiles. You'll need to develop key relationships with partners across the staffing team, manage multiple projects at once, conduct data analysis and ultimately hit targets that drive the right, high-quality pipeline while ensuring a high-quality experience for both employees and candidates.

Whether you are making our staffing systems more efficient, planning for our growth, building relationships on college campuses or cultivating the next generation of computer scientists, you have an eye on the staffing needs of the company and the broader hiring landscape. You are focused on cultivating outstanding candidates for the company’s long-term hiring needs, and work across a cross-functional and international group of staffing teams. You are both scrappy and resourceful, creative and driven -- and excited to share the company’s fantastic culture.


- Partner with profile counterparts across the company’s staffing team to identify hiring needs and develop a coordinated pipeline generation strategy.

- Develop and implement passive and/or active referral strategies to meet business demand.

- Use data to make informed campaign decisions and adjust course as needed.

- Develop, identify and share referral generation tools and best practices across the referrals.

- Partner with profile counterparts to ensure strong execution and a positive referral experience for candidates and employees.


Mandatory Minimum Qualifications:


-BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

- Minimum 3+ years’ experience with managing staffing programs, marketing campaigns and/or events.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- High degree of professionalism with an ability to develop and manage effective partnerships.

- Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.

- Experience using Google spreadsheets and comfort with analyzing data to drive decisions.
