Adecco is currently assisting a local client, the World’s Largest Search Engine, in their search to find an Employee Referral Associate. This is part of an exciting fast-growing project within the Search Engine. This is a temporary assignment slated for 12 months and will sit in Mountain View, CA.

**This role must sit onsite and will not be open to remote candidates.

Project overview:

In this role the new team member will work with our team to build referral pipeline for staffing to review. This person will work on events, referral parties and conduct one on one meetings with the goal of building a representative pipeline for roles.

Employee Referral Associate Love talking to people? The Employee Referral Channels team manages everything related to providing an amazing referral experience. We are looking for a new team member to join us and work directly with Engineers and other members to capture the great referrals that exist in their network. If you like meeting new people, making new connections, sharing ideas for program improvement and challenging yourself to get great results, this may be the role for you.

As an Employee Referral Program Specialist, you're responsible for developing and implementing creative and engaging campaigns to drive employee referrals for multiple hiring profiles. You'll need to develop key relationships with partners across the staffing team, manage multiple projects at once, conduct data analysis and ultimately hit targets that drive the right, high-quality pipeline while ensuring a high-quality experience for both the team and candidates.

You are focused on cultivating outstanding candidates for long-term hiring needs, and work across a cross-functional and international group of staffing teams. You are both scrappy and resourceful, creative and driven.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Partner with profile counterparts across the staffing team to identify hiring needs and develop a coordinated pipeline generation strategy.
  • Develop and implement passive and/or active referral strategies to meet business demand.
  • Use data to make informed campaign decisions and adjust course as needed.
  • Develop, identify and share referral generation tools and best practices across the referrals.
  • Partner with profile counterparts to ensure strong execution and a positive referral experience for candidates.

Requirement:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1-2+ years’ experience in staffing or event planning.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High degree of professionalism with an ability to develop and manage effective partnerships.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience using spreadsheets and with analyzing data to drive decisions

Desired:

  • 3+ years’ experience with managing staffing programs, marketing campaigns and/or events.
