You’re not alone! As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll work in a team environment, supporting a variety of directors and senior managers in sales and marketing, product development, learning and development, and more. Your important role is to keep the organization running smoothly and effectively.

Bringing your “A” game and “can-do” attitude, you’ll demonstrate your abilities in travel and meeting scheduling, and coordinating on and off-site activities. You’ll also be responsible for many other administrative needs including expense reporting, travel, and additional projects as needed.
WHAT’S THE JOB?
Pro-active calendar management / gatekeeping / coordinating internal/external meetings
Attend director/manager staff meetings as needed: Track committed actions, and follow up
Assist in event planning for onsite workshops, team events, and team building activities
Onsite catering
Printing materials and delivering to directors/managers
Conference room setup
Working directly with A/V contact
Ordering Supplies/equipment
Onsite peer to peer collaboration/teaming
Escort external guests, vendors, suppliers, and partners for onsite meetings.
Attend onsite admin manager team meetings and team building events
Arrange multi-leg international and domestic travel
Complete understanding of company policies and tools
Educate directors/managers on policy and new procedures (spend limits, city caps)
Process expense reports
Weekly calendar reviews with directors/managers
Work across worldwide geographic locations
Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information
Support your extended team members with administrative duties as needed, as they will support you

WHAT’S REQUIRED?
Associates Degree
Basic technical skills a must (Outlook including multi-calendar management, MS Office 365 Suite)
