What will you actually be doing as a Entry Level Call Center Representative?

As a Entry Level Call Center Representative at Lifetouch you will answer all incoming customer calls (including inquiries on order status, package and price clarification, special services, remakes, reorders and telephone orders), initiate all outgoing customer calls and mail for production to facilitate efficient processing of an order, and to maintain complete and accurate records and files.

Primary responsibilities include:
  • Answering all incoming customer calls, including inquiries on order status, package and price clarification, special services, remakes, reorders and telephone orders
  • Initiating all outgoing customer calls and mail for production to facilitate efficient processing of an order; this includes credit card information, proofs and order detail, negative issues, mathematical errors, and Value Plus Program for non-returned proofs
  • Answering all consumer mail correspondence in a timely and efficient manner, process refund requests, assist production and territories deliver returned customer orders
  • Maintaining complete and accurate records and files
