The responsibilities for the Equipment Inventory Specialist will include, but are not limited to, overseeing the equipment inventory purchasing and maintenance process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Create PO’s and place equipment orders for Sales Coordinators
Maintain Equipment File in the business system
Receipt equipment into the business system
Manage and track equipment file with GL lease file
Balance sheet account analysis (i.e. –prepaid, accrued expenses, inter-company receivable, etc.)
Assist management with internal and external audit and review functions
Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statement compilations
Other on-going accounting duties and special projects as requested by management

Requirements:

Excellent knowledge of excel
Strong analytical skills
Detail oriented and able to learn quickly
Able to work within a team as well as independently with limited direction
Previous experience with equipment management is a plus
