POSITION: Equipment Administrator
LOCATION: Akron, OH (Zip 44320)
HOURS: M - F, 40 hrs/week
DURATION: 12+ months
PAY RATE: $24.15/hr

This position will support the IT Services Team in the provisioning and administration of cellular and print devices needed by different business units.

• Coordinate the acquisition, assignment, and distribution of cellular devices (cell phones, iPhones, iPads, pagers) and printers
• Work with business units to understand their specific needs
• Place & track orders with equipment vendors
• Contact equipment vendors to resolve support issues
• Manage device inventory within IT Asset Management system
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to manage the inventory and distribution and to interact with IT Services personnel and other departments.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications: MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Outlook and MS-Skype
• Experience with procurement, administration, inventory or support of cellular devices or printers preferred
• Must have excellent internal customer service skills and attitude (friendly, courteous, helpful)
• Strong verbal and written communications skills. Good phone communication skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills to assist with work management
• Strong attention to detail while working within a fast-paced environment
