Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:
Provide support to Commercial Escrow department.


Specific Duties:

Assist with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings for commercial transactions
Opens orders, inputs closing statements from a worksheet prepared by Escrow Office
Prepares documents for closing and handles the complete disbursement and follow up of all escrow transactions
Communicates requirements and other information to clients including Title exceptions
Interprets earnest money agreements as they relate to closing and prepare all documents required for transactions
Support Commercial escrow needs


Must Have:

High school diploma or equivalent
One to two (1-2) years of experience as an Escrow Assistant or a minimum of three (3) years of experience in related real estate or title field
Strong customer service
Detail oriented
Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills



Shift Start/End Time: PART-TIME, 24hrs per week
