Event Coordinator II

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Google Cloud Onboarding and SME Academy classes, working with room reservations team
  • Source facilitators and presenters for global classes
  • Monitor auto-enrollment communications and exception process
  • Report metrics (attendance, surveys) to Program Managers & L&E leaders
  • Provide in-session assistance as needed
  • Manage weekly tech enablement webinar sessions
  • Manage session request from multiple stakeholders and session calendar
  • Ability to properly prioritize requests
  • Strong writing and editing skills with high attention to detail to manage CMS and LMS

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

  1. Manage logistics for on-site and webinar trainings - Provide rolling updates to training calendar (room requests, facilitator and presenter scheduling, and mapping attendee numbers to locations)
  2. Monitor and respond to incoming requests that come through our enablement alias
  3. Status updates to Program Managers and Regional Leads
Mandatory Requirements:
  • MUST HAVE Associate of Arts or equivalent work experience.
  • MUST HAVE 3+ years Event/Training planning/coordination experience.
  • MUST HAVE experience with internal corporate training events, high level of project management and working on multiple projects at a time.
  • MUST HAVE experience working cross functionally and must be able to work independently with little direction.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
