Event Coordinator II

Adecco is currently assisting a local client, the World’s Largest Search Engine, in their search to find an Event Coordinator II. This is part of an exciting fast-growing project within the Search Engine. This is a temporary assignment slated for 12 months and will sit in Mountain View, CA.

**This role must sit onsite and will not be open to remote candidates.

Project overview:

Support the execution and scale of our team's diversity-focused events and programs in service of building a more representative pipeline.

Top 3 daily responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of over 100 events annually.
  • Maintain team resources and help execute the team's logistical processes related to events and programs.
  • Conduct external research on behalf of the team as it relates to program optimization and resource creation.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 1+ years in event coordination or program management
  • Strong written and verbal communication, ability to prioritize and organize, ability to grow positive working relationships with collaborators.

Desired:

  • Familiarity with G Suite.
  • Self-motivated, comfort with or willingness to work with large amounts of data and gather insights, fast learner.
