Event Sales Rep - Scottsdale, AZ


Adecco is looking for an energetic direct hire Event Sales Rep for a client in SCOTTSDALE, AZ. 

The Event Sales Representative will be located at the client locations and is responsible for closing inquiries through phone calls, emails, conducting site visits and entertaining potential clients. Event Sales Representatives coordinate with the operations team to ensure quality event execution for guests.


  • Respond to all event inquiries and convert inquiries into booked events
  • Clearly communicate to prospective clients the features and benefits of the properties and event packages
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual monthly sales goal
  • Work with clients to plan and coordinate details of events
  • Understand the unique needs of different types of events, such as corporate events, birthday parties and other social events
  • Create and manage all client data through in database
  • Manage relationship with clients throughout the event planning process and beyond
  • Ensure successful event execution by our operations team
  • Ability to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays, as well as, extended workdays to support business needs.


$40,000 annual salary + Commission

Comprehensive benefits package


Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Advertising, Communication or Hospitality) OR equivalent work experience
Restaurant/Hospitality/Event experience a plus
