Responsibilities for the Fulfillment Events Coordinator job include but are not limited to:

  • Process customer orders for shipment
  • Purchase services and/or booth space
  • Monitor inventory levels to determine if any conflicts exist
  • Organize orders for quick response
  • Review customer invoices for accuracy
  • Resolve any discrepant returns or extra items
  • Process graphic requests

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for the Fulfillment Events Coordinator job:

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Customer Service experience
  • Events experience
  • The ability to work with all levels of customers
  • General Office skills
  • The ability to adapt to changing work environment
  • Excellent work attendance
