Excel Data Coordinator - Administrative

Adecco is hiring Data Coordinators to work at Shutterfly in Tempe, AZ.This is a temporary position slated to last until mid-January.

2 positions available:

Monday-Friday, 830AM-4PM

Saturday-Sunday 830AM-4PM (with flexibility for additional days depending on candidate availability)
 

The Data Coordinator role consist of reading/analyzing customer service data to ensure data accuracy. Data will be extracted from database systems then analyzed then corrected using Excel and returned to the database each day. We’ll be working as a team to get data cleaned/corrected each day for presentation to Operations leadership during the peak season. We’ll be reading through reason/subreason, product type, and fulfiller data and comparing to order management and customer verbatims to understand errors and correct the data.

Skills:

  • Excel basics, file open, save, etc
  • Excel Filters, sorting, search
  • Attention to detail and process-focus
  • Excel Macros a plus
  • Database experience a plus
  • Customer service experience a plus
