Adecco has a client seeking admin support!! Ideal candidate must be:

  • proficient in Excel 
  • Be able to gather, analyze and maintain data for pricing and item structure including quantity breaks, pricing maintenance, product weight, product group, item description and other factors relevant to data content/quality. 
  • Applicant should be familiar with or able to learn Showcase/SQL query software for data selection and analysis.  

Additional duties include:

  • Running and distributing Daily, Monthly, Quarterly and Ad-Hoc reports 
  • Build-up of new item numbers for Warehouse and Drop Ship billing
  • Billing a small group of supplier product lines, margin analysis and problem resolution
  • Running Rescheduling for warehouse orders daily
  • Reconciliation of Purchase Order lines for inter-company shipments and Factory direct to customer shipments

Hours: 7 a.m- 4:00 p.m. (flexible)

Pay: $16.50 hourly
